We usually reply within one business day: support@mindloci.com. In the app you can also tap the ladybug button to send a bug report with a screenshot.

Cancel a subscription or free trial

On your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Mindloci › Cancel. Or in the app: Settings › Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid the next charge.

Restore Plus on a new device

Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Settings › Plus in the app, and tap Restore purchases.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Move my progress to a new phone

Progress is stored on your device, so it moves with an iCloud or computer backup restore. You can also export it in Settings › Prepare my data export.

Reminders don't arrive

Check iOS Settings › Notifications › Mindloci, then set the time again in the app's Settings › Reminder.
